We travel at a breakneck speed. We like to fit in everything we can and pack in long days to become part of whatever destination we are visiting. We see the sites, eat, oh yes we stuff our faces (and Tracey never met a foreign dish she did not think was the best she ever had), but most importantly, we immerse ourselves and experience whatever we can in every moment we have. Whether it is taking a pasta-making class with two beautiful Italian Nonnas and enjoying the meal with them, enjoying a sunset ride on a camel in the Wadi Rum of Jordan, or ATVing around the beaches of Costa Rica, our favorite things to do allow us to see the country in a different way, from unique perspectives, as immersed as we can get.

We research as much as we can before we leave (mostly Gina, as she is known to be geeky that way, even reading books set in the destination prior to arrival), plan every minute (well, if we’re being honest, we plan more minutes than are in a day) and constantly have FOMO (fear of missing out if we say no to something we can experience along the way, thus the planning more minutes than in a day).  We take an insane amount of photos and videos because let’s face it, we’ll be old one day and need to remember our adventures!
